1. Delivery Policy (How You Receive Your Purchase)
All products offered by Some Web Studio and its brands are digital goods, delivered via instant download or access.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link (for templates & plugins) or login credentials (for courses).
- You can also access your purchases by logging into your account on the respective website.
- If you do not receive your purchase within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us for assistance.
2. Refund Policy
Since our products are digital, all sales are final, and refunds are generally not provided. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the product, and our support team is unable to resolve them.
- Duplicate purchases of the same product by accident.
- If a course, template, or plugin was misrepresented in the product description.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

- Subscription-based services (Beaver Templates & Web Design Trainer memberships) – You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued.
